Uninvited visitor o.o

Well, the weather has gone crazy here for quite some time. It's too hot now, but the alternative would be storms......not sure what to choose.
anyway, it's been hot for some weeks now, and we usually open the windows in the evening to get some fresh air in (where to find the fresh air though is a really good question ). I was on the balcony when all of a sudden I hear my mom screaming out loud and I see a shadow blocking the streetlight. I rush back inside to see what's wrong, and I see a pretty large figure flying through the hallway. First I taught it was a huge butterfly (we get a lot of "night butterflies" around lately), but it was too large to be one. A bird? But it's half past midnight .
Guess what? It was a bat, that probably lost it's way and ended up in our bedroom. My dad managed somehow to wrap it up in a towel and set it free without hurting it.
Sadly, I didn't get to take any pics of it. It was a damn fast fellow XD. But soooooo cuuuute , really like a little mouse with wings. Never seen one in real before, when I want to see them at the zoo, they usually hide.

And a couple of nights after this, another bat takes the tour of our living room, but finds it's own way out swiftly.
But we're in the center of the city, for crying out loud! This never happened before.
